These exercise routines not only help you keep fit, but also tone your body while working in specific groups of muscles. They are much more effective than the general, like shopping and do the exercises chores . These are exercises that you can easily do at home :

Stretching exercises

 Standing with both hands against the wall and move your left leg back so that your foot is flat on the floor. Hold for a few seconds , then repeat this step with the right leg . Another great stretching exercise you can perform is to lie on your back with both hands , open the right knee toward your chest and hold for a few seconds. Repeat this routine with your left leg.

Curl is very easy to do

Just lie on your back with both hands behind your head and lift your upper body. Repeat this movement for 15-20 hours.

Leg exercises

 can be done by lying on your side and lifting each leg repeatedly for 15-20 hours. You can also stand and hold on the back of a chair and lift your legs backward repeatedly.

Arm Exercises

This is important to improve muscle tone . For arm exercises , you can use an exercise band . Place both feet on one end of the strip , hold the other ends with each hand and then repeatedly raise and lower the band ( in a movement up and down for 10-15 minutes). If you have a pair of dumbbells , you can also use them to carry their arms.

- If you work at home and sitting in front of your computer most of the time , try to press their toes in an upward and downward movement frequently. This activity will help keep blood circulation flowing in your legs.

- If you know how to dance , put a CD of music and dance for about 20-30 minutes. This is an excellent cardiovascular exercise . You can also incorporate push-ups, sit- ups and jumping rope into your daily home exercise routine .
